翻译:日语听译能力好,基本能够独立完成片源的初翻(对动画熟悉特别热爱者最佳)
校对:日语水平一级或更好水平,中文水平好
时间:在线时间充足，能熟练使用时间轴软件(可培训)
特效:能够熟练运用SSA，ASS, AE任意一种特效
后期:熟悉压制AVI=>RMVB,内嵌字幕,做种;上传速度优者优先考虑机器配置好(可培训压制)

- Sub Solution R&D

Skills requirements:
- Strong Japanese skill, with good translation experience.
- Familiar with SSA/ASS or AE.
- Good understanding and experience of AviSynth.
- Experienced with Sub Development Life Cycle and Sub Engineering practices.
- Experience on multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of design pattern and architecture pattern is plus.
- Knowledge of multimedia architecture is plus.
- Excellent English communication skill, both in spoken and writing.

Qualifications:
- Team player, highly self-motivated, fast learning and good communication ability.
