POPGO避难所

完全按照上一版1911参数的设定
可是压出来的视频就是不兼容
而且发现 压制时间比较短的 比如6min的视频 兼容
长时间的 24min 不兼容
参数是一样的
找了半天没找出来原因在哪儿
求解
